Rodolfo Dordoni
Rodolfo Dordoni is one of the most important Italian architects, industrial designers, furniture designers, artists, and publishers of the 21st century. Born in Milan in 1954 he graduated with a degree in Architure from the Politecnico di Milani in 1979.
Upon graduating Dordoni focused his talents in the design sector and went on to become Artistic Director for companies such as Artemide, Cappellini and Foscarini and Minotti. In 2005 he established Studio Dordoni Architetti with Alessandro Acerbi and Luca Zaniboni, specialising in the fields of architure and interior design of villas, private homes, industrial and commercial spaces, exhibition stands, restaurants and hotels.
Throughout his career he has designed for a plethora of different companies such as Artemide, Cappellini, Cassina, Ceramica Flaminia, Ceramiche Mutina, Dada, Dornbracht, Driade, Effegibi, Emu, Ernestomeda, Fantini, Fiam Italia, Flos, Flou, FontanaArte, Foscarini, Jab, Kartell, Kettal, KnIndustrie, MatteoGrassi, Minotti, Molteni&C, Moroso, Olivari, Pamar, Poliform, Poltrona Frau, Roda, RB Rossana, Salvatori, Sambonet, Serralunga, Techno, The Rug Company and Venini.
