Simon Ma

Crossover is synonymous with Simon Ma – at 7 years old, he started learning the art of traditional Chinese painting, under the guidance of Master Fan Tzu Teng, at 11 he started dabbling in music and at 13, he moved to London where he attended the Bartlett School of Architecture – UCL, experimenting different forms of “crossover” in art, design and various domains. In 2012, he was appointed Sino-Italian Cultural Ambassador and in 2014, he was appointed Cultural Ambassador for Hong Kong Jockey Club, one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in Hong Kong, Art Ambassador of ART Istituto Marangoni, Cultural Ambassador of Grand Ricci, art director of Chinese pavilion during the EXPO of Milano. In 2015, he was invited as an expert of Over the years he has hit the scene as crossover artist, collaborating with international brands such as Bvlgari, Ferrari, Hublot, Ducati, Lamborghini, Porsche, Chow Tai Fook, Remy Martin 1898 and Chivas 18. His artworks and collections have been exhibited all over the world in renowned places such as the Italian Pavilion for Shanghai Expo 2010, Shanghai Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), Zhejiang Art Museum, XuBeiHong Museum of Art, Ningbo 1844 Museum of Contemporary Art, Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts in Taiwan, Italy Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum in Miami.
