He was born in Padua in 1950. On completing his studies in Venice (Artistic senior school, I.U.A.V. and International University of Art) in 1974 he has professionally dedicated himself to design, working in Florence, Venice and Verona.
He is a firm defender of the originality and independence of Italian design, and in the 90’s he founded the A.D Veneto associations and the Italian Chamber of Design.
He was a professor of design in the historic Academy of Fine Arts in Venice until 1996, and he is Visiting Professor at Milan Polytechnic and at the U.I.A. of Florence. He has been responsible for many publications, and has been taking part in numerous exhibitions for which he has received awards, both in Italy and abroad. He currently cooperates with a number of companies.
